Nowadays, I'm a D.Sc. Student at the Doutorado em Ciência Cognitiva e Linguagem in the Barcelona University. My tutor is Toni Badia, Ph.D., professor in the Pompeu Fabra University. My thesis is focused in the research of Named Entities and Information Extraction.

I work as a researcher in the Glicom - Grupo de Linguística Computacional, at Pompeu Fabra University.

I've worked as a teacher on Databases and Programming Languages in Universidade Federal da Bahia, Universidade Católica de Salvador and UNIFACS, in Salvador, and in Universidade Estácio de Sá, in Rio de Janeiro.
